Dear Aliyah,
It’s not much because my phone was being a pain and not unlocking, but today at church Tito Adam let you steer the car for like 30 seconds but you did pretty good! And you parked the car without any help! Well just help with directions and gas and breaking but you steered the car to place! And for a almost 3 year old, that’s a pretty good accomplishment ! :)

Dear Aliyah,
I can’t believe how fast time is flying by! In less than a month you’ll be a 3 year old! You’ll be starting pre-school, ballet, soccer, and anything else I can get you in. I also want to start bringing you to the Children’s Worship Service. I think you’re old enough to start going, you might not fully understand the lessons but that’s okay, at least you’ll have some kinda head start, and who knows maybe you will understand it! I mean considering you are already trying to pray, maybe you will understand the lessons and you’ll be extra good for mommy! :) but anyways I’ll bring you a few times and see how that goes.
Being 3 only means you’re getting older, and no matter how many times you say “Mommy I’m not a baby! I’m a princess!” you’ll always be my little baby. ❤

Dear Aliyah,
Today was a typical Sunday. We went to church and then you had your “Grandma and me” hours while mommy stayed at CWS. After church you helped mommy make roast chicken for dinner and we watched the game, after the game we went for a walk to the park. It was an alright day. Oh and Tito Adam thought you how to drive.

Dear Aliyah,
So this weekend was pretty good, the weather was awesome so we spent pretty much the whole weekend out. Friday wasn’t that great, it was a clean the house kinda day, Saturday was better, we went to Kitsilano Beach and Stanly Park. The weather was amazing! We went for lunch at the Fish House restaurant, I was surprised you ate everything! You’re pretty picky with food but I guess you like seafood. :) Grandpa had also just got back from Africa so we had a family BBQ for dinner. Sunday was the normal “Church Day” we went to church in the morning and while you’re uncles we’re preforming in CWS we went to get flight tickets for your birthday to Disneyland, we had another BBQ that evening with aunty Katrina, Tito JR & Tony. Monday mommy had school in the morning but you and Grandma came to visit me and we had lunch together :)
Overall it was a pretty good weekend. I seriously can not wait for summer and start bringing you everywhere again. And it’ll be even better this summer because you are older and understand things a lot better. As well because you can walk and I don’t need to haul a stroller everywhere. :P

Ahhhh you’re almost three!!! :( It makes mommy so sad when I see newborns because it reminds me of how fast you’re growing. Before I know it you’ll be 14 and wanting nothing to do with mum :(
Well to be honest I don’t think we’ll EVER have a mother daughter fighting kinda relationship, I think we’ll have a good best friends mother daughter relationship so I’m not too worried about you growing up an not wanting to hangout with me. Well at least I’m hoping.
